For any problem with your purchase that is covered under warranty, please contact us before returning it. We will work to make things right!

Most of our products are hand-made, hand-harvested, unique or perishable items. We make sure all web descriptions are accurate to help you make an informed decision before you purchase our product. We encourage you to read all information about ship dates, materials and sizes before you buy, to make sure this is the right product for you. We are a small Vermont based company and take great care when hand selecting and shipping our products. Small companies like ours can’t offer the same benefits that large retailers like Amazon can, such as free shipping and free returns. We don’t have large warehouses, fulfilment automations or a shipping volume that qualifies for enterprise discounts. We are a home operated business, run by family and friends that are passionate about our farm and products.

General Return Policy:

All regularly stocked and regularly priced items with the exception of consumable or perishable products (plants, flowers, tubers, roots, bulbs and seeds) can be returned within 14 days of receipt, as long as they are unused, in the original packaging, and free of damage.
Personalized, uniquely made items and gift cards are final purchases and can not be returned or refunded.
Sale or discounted items are final purchases and can not be returned, disputed or refunded.
Consumable and perishable products are non returnable and eligible for replacement or store credit only.
Shipping charges paid at the time of checkout will not be credited along with the return.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Authorized refunds are subject to a $5 flat fee to cover payment processing and return expenses.

  • Perishable products are non-returnable and only eligible for a replacement or store credit.

Holiday Return Policy

  • Non-perishable merchandising ordered between Oct 1st. and Dec. 30th returns will be accepted by January 31st.
  • If this was a gift to you, include email address and phone number of the person who made the purchase if an order number is not available.
  • Returns must be completed within 14 days of receipt of the order. Packages with perishable items need to be opened and inspected immediately, and any issues reported withing 2 business days in order to submit a claim.

Return Policy

  • Eligible products must be in new, resalable condition, in the manufacturer’s original packaging with original labels and NO signs of usage or marks. Returns will be inspected before final decisions are made on refunds. Damaged or otherwise non-resalable goods will be donated to charity without refund.
  • Items purchased with free shipping will be refunded the price of the item minus the outgoing shipping amount. We do not refund the original shipping costs. Customer is responsible for outgoing shipping costs of replacement orders, and for the shipping costs of the return.
  • There is a flat fee of $5.00 per return for handling and restocking, which will be deducted from the refund total.

Fleur Farm reserves the right to deny claims initiated more than 14 days from the date of original receipt. You can expect your refund in the same form of payment originally used, usually within fourteen (14) – thirty (30) business days of receipt or returned goods.

Return Authorization Form

  • Do not write return numbers, addresses or any other marks directly on manufacturer’s original packaging or product.
  • Fill out the form below to request a return authorization code.
  • Upon inspection, items not in manufacturer’s original packaging or with missing or damaged parts may be refused a refund and will be charged an additional restocking fee at Fleur Farm’s discretion. If not in resalable condition they will be donated to charity without refund.
  • Include the completed return form in their return package to receive any refund.
  • For all returns we recommend that you use USPS or other traceable means (delivery confirmation) to ensure your return package arrives.
  • If the return is a result of our error or a manufacturing defect, you still need to request a return within 14 days from the date you received the item(s) for a refund. If we have made an error with your order, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label. You must use the provided shipping label. In the event we are unable to send a shipping label, we will reimburse the cost of shipping.
